Yes! You can download the echo Windows Client for that. After you have logged in with your Microsoft account, echo will display a popup next to the official Teams popup with information about the calling person.

Yes! echo can search for contacts in shared mailboxes. You can connect the shared mailboxes in the Settings. Go to Settings -> Microsoft 365 -> Shared Mailboxes.

You need to have at least read access to the shared mailbox your adding.

Please check the following:

• Make sure you have setup the API connection with the official marketplace entry.
• Check that your Abacus user has permissions for the needed API scopes. The user must have at least the following scopes: Read/Write Subjects, Read Connections, Read Projects, Read Service Orders. You can assign the permissions in the User Management in Abacus.
• Try to reconnect your Abacus user connection in Settings -> Abacus -> User Connection.
