These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts ofSchwyz, Switzerland.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through Microsoft Teams or other means. Your continued use of echo for Microsoft Teams after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
